I told the tech I didn't want gel polish after my nail fill (balance for northerners); the tech who sits up front answering the phones then proceeded to rip my nail off until I bled; as I was yelling, stop, I'm sure so she could charge me additional to add another nail. Then a guy gives me the worst pedicure I've ever had - this place is a nightmare! Never again!

We are visiting from out of town. I called before their opening time, they answered, got us in an hour later. They were so lovely to my daughter and I. The salon is clean and well-decorated. I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Most disappointing pedicure I've had of my entire life! I first got sat down and waited awhile until the girl came to start. Which is not even the disappointing part. The person next to me was over half way through her pedicure, yet we finished literally 2 minutes from one another. I hardly got the bottom of my feet scrubbed, hardly got a massage, only got a hot towel for all of 30 seconds if that, and didn't get any lotion until after my nails were painted and very lightly on the shins. She didn't bother to put any on my feet or even my calves. For the price I paid I would have gotten all of that plus hot stones any where else I've ever gone before in my life. I will never be back, let alone spend my money here ever again.

very rude staff, felt uncomfortable my entire visit. felt like i was being gossiped about and then when i showed what i wanted the lady told me it was ugly and would look terrible with my skin tone? lol overall don't recommend unless you want to cry on your way home

i'm not one to leave reviews but i'm in shock with how i walked out of this place. she burnt me multiple times, i have a blood blister under one of my nails. she also left one nail so jagged and uneven i had to ask her to cut it as i was walking out (it looked like a wave). she wasn't even going to let me wash my hands before i left (which were covered in acrylic). all of that to be charged $15 and there's still acrylic all over my nails. DO NOT waste your money at this place.
