Purchased 29inch queen size mattresses for Murphy beds Myguest have all loved the firmness. Ihave neck issues sosoft mattresses are not forme.I tried one and slept great through the night

Great customer service byMr Farmer. Hetook the time toshow methe difference inmattresses, from coverings tothe internal parts tohave metrying them out and finding the right one inmy budget. The delivery service was “Top Gun” also. They gave mea time frame window and actually came alittle early. The delivery personnel where careful onbringing inthe new mattress into the house. Ihave noproblem recommending Mattress Firm ifyour inneed ofa new mattress.

I own acondo inMadeira Beach,Florida and needed aquick replacement ofa box spring and frame that was broken bya previous “guest” that failed tonotifyme. Mattress Firm tothe rescue. Iwas about toleave town and they gave mea next day delivery that was available. Thanks for your help.

Our salesperson Katie inSt Pete was terrific. She showed usa variety ofoptions, and itwas great tobe able tolay onthe beds toreally feel the difference. Weended upbuying anadjustable tempurpedic, which wehadn’t considered initially. Itwas great tohave somany manufacturers from which tochoose. Katie was very informative and very pleasant. Agreat 5star experience.
