- Bot are romance, comedy, supernatural anime.- Both have a cute and cheerful main protagonist.- Both focus a bit on high-school life though Inari Konkon is more slice-of-life-y.- Both involve the concept of Gods, shrines and familiars.A treat especially for those who love shoujo-ish anime.

Wagaya no Oinari-sama. addpermalink

It's simple to see that fantasy elements are part of both series even if they differ by their presentation. In their modern world, there are spirits present in both series with supernatural abilities. The main protagonist gets involved with these spirits and entities that causes mischief among the community. At the same time, they possesses power of their own. (shape-shifting)Both series takes place in a school life setting that ensures drama, comedy, and fantasy. There is a stronger presence of romance in Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha. However, Wagaya no Oinari-sama possesses credible comedy that holds the show together with its characters + dialogues.

Both have an innocent and powerful main protagonist who's... dense. Not to mention girl main characters. Featuring funny romance, loyalty, battles, lovable characters and little tragedy, these anime will make your day. the only negative about them is their episodes are limited however quality beats quantity and if you still haven't had enough you can always find out what happens next in the continuing manga.

Aa! Megami-sama! (TV) addpermalink

It took a whole for me to come up with the recommendation mostly because I was looking at it from the wrong angle. How "A!MG" and "Inari" (for short) compare well with each other is the interaction of gods with humans. Not just everyday interacts but also falling in love with each other. I won't put any spoilers here because that's what makes "Inari" fun to watch ("A!MG" is a very well known series). In both series, the humans do get a taste of some of the powers of being a god, go to the plane where the gods live and even get &nbspread more

While Chihayafuru primarily focuses on a competitive game and the impassionate people who play them, Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha. focuses more on romance and the supernatural elements that affect the characters. Both, however, have a very light-hearted pace of storytelling, an aesthetic setting in autumn's red hues, and an immersive soundtrack that makes you feel like your soul has been healed.
